    DEPOSIT AND THE PERIOD FOR THE RETURN OF MY MONEY● Deposit of the rent 1000 AED will be kept as deposit for 15-21 working days from the date of car return. (this period is associated with delays in obtaining fines from the police).

  • IS INSURANCE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE OF THE CAR ?● CDR-insurance is included in the car rental price, in this case if the customer Gets into an accident by his fault (RED POLICE REPORT), the client pays a fine of 2000 AED + 50% of expenses●  In case the driver is not guilty (GREEN POLICE REPORT) the client pays nothing.

BASIC CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT CONDITIONS and TERMS in COMFORT PLUS RENT A CAR

  • 1. Participation in ROAD RACES: AED 100 000 get fine.2. Jumping a RED LIGHT: AED 50 000 get fine.3. Driving a vehicle recklessly or in a manner that poses a threat to life, property, or traffic safety AED 50 000 get fine.4. Driving the vehicle on the road without a number plate: AED 10 000 get fine.5. Running away from a Police officer: AED 10 000 get fine.6. Driver under the influence of alcohol, narcotic, psychotropic or similar substances: DECIDED BY COURT.
    7. Strictly not allowed to take the vehicle outside the territory of the UAE.8. Hirer accept all liabilities and pay all fines and smart impounds (Vehicle confiscation period) and other related expenses incurred due to violation of traffic, municipality and local laws.9. Hirer is not allowed to drive over 150 km/h, if driver goes over this speed limit he will be warned on the 1st attempt and charged AED 800 , on the 2nd attempt Owner will turn off the car and the remaining rental period and deposit will not be refunded.10. In case of confiscation of the vehicle tenant shall be responsible to bear all the fee the value of the vehicle and all due tenant.11. Owner can turn off the vehicle if any of the term and conditions mentioned above or backside agreement not respected.12. Second party promise to first party that I shall be responsible for the car mention above and that I shall return it to the company in the same condition that I received the car in and in case of any damage or harm or accident I cause to the car mention above and that I shall be fully responsible in front of the legal authorities and case of the car is stopped for repair or smart impounds (vehicle confiscation) or the traffic authorities because of harm caused by me I promise to pay the daily rent for stopped period to the company I have read and understood all the terms and conditions in this contract page and have accepted the terms and conditions fully and for the reason I sign.

    13. To return the vehicle in overall good condition, without apparent defects/damages and clean with all documents and accessories to the Owners parking location on a date designated in this agreement.14. Only name of drivers mentioned in the agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle. Owner will charge AED 3000 if the car is driven by unregistered person.15. Owner will charge AED 800 for each body damage or scratch on the paint the car as well as car wheels emerged as a result of careless and improper use of the vehicle.16. Driver on Visitor/ Tourist status must have an International Driving License or International Driving Permit and the National.17. Driver on Resident status must have a valid driving license acceptable to the UAE authorities that is 1 year old.18. Minimum age of the driver - 21 years. Driver under 25 years old in case of red police report have to pay 100% of invoice from insurance.19. Minimum rental period is 2 days (48 hours) with maximum grace period of 1 hour.20. Driving License that is 1 year old.21. Deposit will be kept as deposit for 15-21 working days from the date of return.22. Saliks (Toll gates) are calculated from the deposit , possible penalties. 23. CDR-insurance is included in the car rental price, in this case if the customer gets into an accident by his fault (RED POLICE REPORT), the client pays a fine of AED 2000 + 50% of expenses of original spare parts. In case the driver is not guilty (GREEN POLICE REPORT) the client pays nothing. 24. Vehicles are for paved road use only. Owner will turn off the car, remaining rental period and deposit will not be refunded, charge AED 20000 if Hirer use the vehicle for hire, drifting, any type of off road application (including desert fun drives etc.) , driving through pool of water, Insurance does not cover for any damages or losses in case the vehicle is used for these activities. In case of violation of the above - in this case Hirer will be fully responsible for any damages.25. Not to sub-let or give possession of the vehicle to third party and use the vehicle for illegal, criminal or for any purpose other than for those the vehicle is intended for. Insurance is not covered in case the vehicle is used for these activities.26. Owner will charge 10% service charges for all Traffic fines.27. Owner will charge AED 99 for each black point.28. Owner will charge AED 5 for per pass Salik gate. (Toll gates)29. Hirer pay AED 1000 for losing the key (remote).30. To compensate the Owner in case the Hirer violates the terms and conditions of the agreement and causes damage, loss or theftof the vehicle or part of it due to any reason, irrespective of his or driver's fault, pay, the amount of all resulting loss and expenses of the owner (including but not limited to replacement or recovery costs, repair costs, compensation for reduction in value, fines etc and all loss of revenue)31. In the event of any accident or damage, the Hirer should not remove the vehicle without informing the police and obtaining a police report.32. Inform the Owner immediately in case of an accident and get a police report acceptable to the insurance company to handle the insurance claim.33. The Hirer shall pay to Owner If for any reason, it is not possible to obtain a police report to make an insurance claim, the Hirerwill pay for all the costs of repairing the vehicle. 34. Not to repair the vehicle by any unauthorized person.35. To ensure all fluid levels (oil, water fluids etc.) and tyre pressures are maintained to the levels specified and accept financialliability for any damage from use of the vehicle below the specified required levels.36. One way shipping or return charges are AED 99 in the Dubai and AED 199 for Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and AED 499 for other Emirates.37. Hirer pay AED 89 for car washing in case the vehicle is returned dirty. 38. Hirer pay AED 500 for shampooing in case the vehicle is returned with cigarette smoke or dirty interior seats.39. Hirer must return the car with the same fuel level which he received it, or pay 2 times the actual fuel cost.40. If the vehicle is returned before the end date of the contract Owner does not return the amount paid for the entire period of the contract.41. In case of confiscation of the vehicle tenant shall be responsible to bear all the fee the value of the vehicle and all due tenant.42. Hirer pay AED 5 for each excess km. (limits: daily 300km, weekly 1600km, monthly 5000km.)43. I authorize COMFORT PLUS RENT A CAR L.L.C. to charge from my credit card or deposit all rental amounts in additions to the amounts arranged for any accident or traffic offenses or compensation amounts for any damages that occurs to the car.44. If the hirer making the fines during the rental period hirer is responsible to pay them. It will not be deducted from the deposit. While deposit will be kept 15 - 21 working days after returning the car.
